Best breakfast casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Bulk pork sausage
8 Eggs, slightly beaten
6 slices Bread, cubed
2 cups Whole milk
cup Shredded cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Brown sausage and drain well. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix other ingredients well. Add sausage and stir. Place in a well greased 9x13 pan, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350ø for 45 - 50 minutes until set and brown. Serve hot. Serves 6.

This is great because you can make it the night before and take it from fridge to oven the next morning and have a great breakfast. This has become a tradition at Christmas around here! Enjoy! From: Robert Skaer
