1½ cup Flour
¾ cup Butter
3 tablespoons Sugar

Directions

Mix together, pat into 9x13 pan & bake 15 minutes @ 375F.

Bottom Layer: 12 oz cream cheese 1½ cup powdered sugar 1 ¼ cup Cool Whip

Mix together & spread over cooled crust.

Second Layer: 3 small packs chocolate pudding 4 ½ cup milk Prepare pudding, spread over middle layer. Top with more cool whip & chill for as long as you can stand to leave it alone.
