Black bean tortilla

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can Black beans
Flour or Whole wheat tortilla
Non fat sour cream
Chopped onion, tomato, shredded lettuce, black olives and any other
Chopped veggies you like

Directions

Heat black beans uncovered in the microwave for approximately 3 mins. When warm but not steaming hot scoop onto tortilla, add sour cream and chopped veggies, roll up and enjoy.
