Flour or Whole wheat tortilla | ||
Non fat sour cream | ||
Chopped onion, tomato, shredded lettuce, black olives and any other | ||
Chopped veggies you like |
Directions
Heat black beans uncovered in the microwave for approximately 3 mins. When warm but not steaming hot scoop onto tortilla, add sour cream and chopped veggies, roll up and enjoy.
