¾ pounds Butter -- unsalted melted
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
6 Fish -- fillets
½ teaspoon Oregano
Seasoning mix
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Paprika
¾ teaspoon White pepper
teaspoon Salt
¾ teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Onion powder
½ teaspoon Thyme

Directions

Heat a large cast-iron skillet over very high heat OUTDOORS ON GRILL beyond smoking stage and you see white ash, at least 10 min.
