1 ounce Galliano
1 ounce Light Rum
¼ ounce Apricot Brandy
2 ounces Pineapple Juice
½ ounce Egg White
¼ ounce Lemon Juice

Directions

Shake well. Pour into a tall glass with ice cubes and decorate with fruit.

Serves 1
