Braised kikko-chicken

Ingredients

3 | pounds | Frying chicken pieces |
¼ | cup | Flour |
2 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
2 | Celery stalks; chunked | |
2 | Carrots; chunked | |
1 | medium | Onion; chunked |
⅓ | cup | Kikkoman Soy Sauce |
¼ | teaspoon | Oregano, crumbled |
Directions
Coat chicken with flour and brown in hot oil; remove. Saute celery, carrots and onion in same pan 2 minutes. Combine soy sauce and oregano with 1 cup water; add to pan with chicken. Cover and simmer 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
Makes 4 to 6 servings
