Bread crumb pancakes

Quantity Ingredient
cup Bread crumbs
2 cups Buttermilk
1 cup Flour
teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Baking soda
¼ cup Water, hot

Directions

Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Combine bread crumbs, milk, flour, salt, and eggs, and mix well. Add baking soda and water just before frying pancakes.
