Broccoli cheese dish

Ingredients

2 | packs | Chopped broccoli |
1 | can | Mushroom soup |
½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
2 | Eggs; beaten | |
1 | small | Onion; chopped |
1 | cup | Sharp cheese |
½ | cup | Margarine |
½ | cup | Bread crumbs; (Pepperidge Farm croutons) |
Directions
Cook and drain broccoli. Blend all ingredients except margarine and bread crumbs. Melt margarine and mix with bread crumbs and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 2 quart casserole. Serves 8-10.
