Bryce's dinner rolls

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 packs Cake yeast -or-
3 packs Dry yeast
1 cup Warm water
¾ cup Sugar
2 Sticks butter
1 cup Boiling water
2 Eggs
¼ teaspoon Salt
6 cups Flour

Directions

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Pour boiling water over sugar and butter and stir. Add eggs and beat. Cool completely then add yeast; add flour and salt. Chill, covered, for 4 hours. Turn out on floured board and knead until satiny (about 10 minutes). Grease bowl, add dough and chill. Knead again and shape into rolls. Let rise 1 hour and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
