Oven-baked dinner rolls

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack Yeast
3¼ cup Flour; French white
1 tablespoon Gluten
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoons Salt
1¼ cup Warm water

Directions

set machine (Welbilt R2D2 model) on french bread, manual form dough into 6 or so blobs

bake at 375 deg F with either a pan of water in the oven or a bit of water splashed on top of the blobs.
