Bulgogi (marinated sirloin steak)

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Sirloin Steak (cut into thin strips) |
2 | tablespoons | Sesame Oil |
2 | tablespoons | Cooking Sherry |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
⅓ | cup | Soy Sauce |
1 | large | Onion |
2 | Or 3 Cloves Garlic | |
1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Mince garlic and chop onion (finely). Mix all ingredients with the steak strips. Let marinate for 1 hour room temp. or 2 hours refrigerated. Broil until done to your liking. Serve over rice.
It says it makes 4 servings, but it's never enough for us. I always double it.
