| 1 | tablespoon | Hoisin sauce |
| 2 | Green onions, chopped (with green) | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sesame oil drops garlic, crushed (large cloves!) tabasco (or hot oil or cayenne) Liquid Smoke (if not to be charcoal grilled) |

Marinate for half an hour and grill, basting with marinade if desired. *-* I've marinated T-bones and beef kabobs in this, and grilled 'em on the Farberware indoor grill in the dead of winter (using the drops of Liquid Smoke). Tasted like a slice of summer! ;}}} For outdoor grilling, just omit the Liquid Smoke.
