| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | Eggs, beaten | |
| ½ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1½ | cup | Flour |
| 2 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
Directions
Beat butter and sugar together. Add eggs and beat well. Put vanilla into milk and add to mixture. Gradually beat in flour and baking powder, mix till smooth. pour into greased and floured pan and bake in a moderate oven.
