Caramel nut logs^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Caramels
¼ cup Butter
1 tablespoon Milk
cup Sifted powdered sugar
1 cup Dry roasted peanuts
2 cups Mini marshmallows
1 can (3 1/2oz) flaked coconut

Directions

Microwave caramels, butter and milk at 50% power 4-6 minutes, or until melted,

stirring after 2 minutes, then every minute.

Stir in sugar, peanuts and marshmallows, just until blended.

Shape into 2-12" logs on waxed paper coated with coconut, taking care to coat each log well with coconut. cover and refrigerate until firm.

Cut into ½" slices.
