Celena's chewy spice cookies

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Packed brown sugar
¾ cup Unsweetened applesauce
¼ cup Molasses
1 Egg
1¼ cup Flour
2 teaspoons Baking soda
1 teaspoon Ginger
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Ground cloves

Directions

In bowl, combine brown sugar, apple sauce, molasses, & egg til well blended. In seperate blowl, combine flour, baking soda & spices. Stir in molasses mixture.
