Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 each Apple, pared
½ cup Nuts, chopped
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Sugar
tablespoon Red wine
Ginger, dash
½ teaspoon Lemon rind, grated

Directions

Grate the apple coarsley and mash throughly with remaining ingredients. Beat until mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Correct seasoning to taste.
