1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
6 slices Bacon; crisply cooked, drained; crumbled
3 Egg whites; stiffly beaten
6 Eggs; poached
12 slices Tomato; thinly sliced
