Cheese sauce 2

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Butter
3 tablespoons Flour
cup Milk
teaspoon Pepper
¼ Tsp. Worchestershire sauce (up to 1/2)
6 ounces Velveeta, cubed, about

Directions

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Return to heat and cook over medium-low heat till thickened and smooth. Cook 5 minutes more over low heat. Add Velveeta and stir until melted. Thismakes 1½ or 2 cups.
