Cheesy chile toast

7 | ounces | Green Chiles; Diced |
8 | ounces | Monterey Jack Cheese; Shredded |
¾ | cup | Red Bell Pepper; Minced |
½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
4 | English Muffins; Halved |
Directions
Preheat the broiler. Drain the chilies and combine them in a medium bowl with the cheese, bell pepper and mayonaise. Stir until well blended.
Arrange the muffins in a single layer on a baking sheet. Broil 3 to 4" from the heat about 2 minutes, until brown. Remove and spread cheese mixture over the bread. Return to broiler and broil about 4 minutes longer, until the cheese melts. Watch carefully. Cut each into quarters and serve.
