Cheese tomato toast

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 slices French Bread
3 tablespoons Garlic Olive Oil
2 larges Ripe Tomatoes
1 cup Shredded Mozarella or Feta
3 tablespoons Mayo
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Fresh Dill

Directions

Combine Mayo, Dill, and Lemon Juice. Set aside. Toast bread in skillet with garlic olive oil. Spread mayo mixture on toast. Add sliced tomatoes.

Sprinkle with cheese. Broil until cheese is melted.
