Chevreuil sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Strained marinade; reserved from filet mignon recipe
1⅓ teaspoon Finely chopped shallots
1 teaspoon Lingonberry jelly
1 cup Brown sauce (see recipe)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Lingonberry jelly is available at gourmet specialty shops if you have difficulty finding it at your grocery store.
