1 | Pack chicken gravy mix | |
¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
1½ | cup | Water |
6 | Chicken pieces | |
Seasoned salt & pepper | ||
4 | mediums | Sliced carrots |
2 | Sliced celery stalks |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Shake flour in bag; place bag in 13X9X2" pan. Add gravy mix, garlic powder & water. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients.
Sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper; place in bag. Place carrots & celery in bag around chicken. Close bag with nylon tie; cut six ½" slits in top. Bake until chicken is tender, 45-50 minutes.
