Chicken breasts with curried peppers

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1 clove Garlic; crushed
1 teaspoon Curry powder
4 eaches Chicken breast halves; skinned and boned
½ cup Dry white wine
½ cup Pitted prunes
½ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
1 medium Sweet red pepper; cut into strips
1 medium Green pepper; cut in strips

Directions

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; stir in garlic and curry powder. Add chicken, and cook 5 minutes on each side. Add wine, prunes, salt, and pepper; cover and simmer over low heat 15 to 20 minutes. Remove chicken to a serving platter; keep warm.
