Chicken ring

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Cut up cooked chicken; (up to 4)
1 cup Soft bread crumbs
½ cup Cooked rice
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Paprika
cup Chopped pimiento; (2 Tbsp.)
2 Eggs; OR 1/2 cup Egg BeatersĀ® 99% egg substitute
cup Skim milk
1 can Cream of mushroom soup; undiluted

Directions

Mix all ingredients togethe and pour into a ring mold. Bake in pan of hot water at 350 F. for 30 minutes or until set. Unmold on platter. Pour on heated undiluted cream of mushroom soup to serve. Serves 6. MC formatting by bobbi744@...
