Ingredients

1 (3-4 pound) fryer
Rosemary to taste
½ small Onion; quartered
Celery leaves
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Directions

In a large pan, place washed chicken. Sprinkle cavity and outside generously with dry rosemary, salt and pepper. Add onion and celery leaves to cavity. Bake at 325ø to 350ø for 1-¾ hours until done. Calories: 185 to 245 per serving. Yield: 8 servings.
