Chicken salad makeover

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Cooked chicken breasts; diced
cup Seedless grapes
1 medium Apple; cored and sliced
½ cup Raisins
½ cup Diced celery
½ teaspoon Dried tarragon; crushed
Salt and pepper; to taste
2 tablespoons Lowfat mayonnaise; *see note
2 tablespoons Yogurt; *see note
¼ cup Chopped parsley
Lettuce leaves
Thyme sprigs; optional

Directions

Combine all ingredients except lettuce and thyme mix well. Sense chicken salad on lettuce leaves. Garnish with thyrne, if desired. Makes 4 to 6 servings
