1 | can | Chicken broth |
1 | small | Jar pimentos with juice |
2 | cans | Cream of mushroom soup |
1 | large | Can mushrooms optional |
1 | pounds | Velveeta cheese |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
¾ | cup | Green pepper |
1 | each | Onion |
4 | eaches | Stalks celery |
4 | tablespoons | Parsley |
1 | pack | Shredded sharp cheese |
3 | cups | Cooked spaghetti - break into thirds before cooking |
Directions
Cut chicken in bite size pieces and cook in large pot with broth until tender and done. Add pimentos, soup, mushrooms, spaghetti, and chopped ingredients, and simmer about 10 minutes. Add chopped velveeta cheese and stir until melted. Pour into cake pan and spread grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
