Chili bunburger

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 larges Onions, coarsley chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
3 pounds Ground beef
1 can Tomato paste 6 oz.
½ teaspoon Seasoned pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons Cooking oil
1 can Red kidney beans 15 oz.
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
2 tablespoons Chili powder

Directions

Saute onions, green pepper and garlic in a large frying pan in cooking oil for 5 minutes. Add beef; brown, stirring with fork.

Drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients; simmer for 20 minutes. Spoon onto toasted buttered hambuger buns. Top with lettuce and a slice of tomato.
