Chilies rellenos puffs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Butter; at room temperature
cup Flour
2 cups Monterey jack cheese; melted
½ cup Roasted peeled green chiles; seeded & diced*
teaspoon Garlic powder
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Combine butter and flour in a food processor, process until well mixed.

2. Add monterey jack chhese, chili peppers and garlic powder, process until well mixed.

3. Form dough into ¾ inch balls, roll in parmesan cheese.

4. Place on a greased baking sheets and bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes: * or you can use 4 oz. canned diced green chili peppers, drained.
