Chilled mussels with caper mayonnaise

2 pounds Steamed mussels chilled and on half shells
1 cup Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Capers
1 teaspoon Tabasco
1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

From Daniel's Restaurant.

Combine mayonnaise, capers, Tabasco and lemon juice. Dollop mussels with caper mayonnaise and serve with parsley garnish if desired.
