1 | pack | Yellow cake mix (without pudding) |
1 | pack | (3.75-oz) vanilla pudding |
4 | Eggs | |
1 | cup | Oil |
1 | cup | Milk |
6 | ounces | Chocolate chips |
4 | ounces | Bar German chocolate; divided in half & grated |
2 | tablespoons | Powdered sugar |

Directions
TOPPING
Grease & flour a 10-inch bundt pan. Blend cake mix, pudding, eggs, milk & oil. Beat 4 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips & half the bar of grated German chocolate. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. After cake is removed from pan & placed on baking rack, put topping on warm cake. (Place waxed paper under baking rack to catch the topping as it falls off & repeatedly put the topping back on the cake. Grandchildren will love it!) TOPPING: Mix powdered sugar with the other half of grated German chocolate.
