16 ounces Dairy sour cream
2 Eggs

2⅔ cup Powdered sugar
cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa to...
5 tablespoons Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Decorating frosting
Colored sprinkles

Directions

BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

OPTIONAL

Heat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour 13x9x2-inch baking pan. In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add butter, sour cream, eggs and vanilla; beat on medium speed of electric mixer 3 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.

Transfer cake to serving plate. Frost with ONE-BOWL BUTTERCREAM FROSTING. Decorate cake to resemble greeting card. 12 to 15 servings.

ONE-BOWL BUTTERCREAM FROSTING: In medium bowl, beat butter until creamy. Gradually add sugar and cocoa alternately with milk and vanilla, beating until of spreading consistency. About 2 cups frosting.
