Chocolate peanut butter cheesecake

cup Choc. wafer cookie crumbs
3 tablespoons Sugar
3 tablespoons Butter; melted
1 cup Cho. chips; melted
18 ounces Cream cheese
1 cup Sugar
3 Eggs
½ teaspoon Vanilla
½ cup Peanut butter

Directions

CRUST: Crush cookies in food processor; combine w/3 tb sugar and butter. Press firmly into bottom of springform pan.

FILLING: Melt choc. chips & set aside. In bowl, cream cheese and sugar til light & fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time. Beat well after each.

Add vanilla. Divide mixture in half. Into one half blend in melted chocolate. In the other half, blend peanut butter. Spoon mixtures alternately into the prepared pan. Swirl the two batters together with a knife. Bake at 300ø for 60-65 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate.

Remove outer rim & cut into wedges. Very rich - enjoy!
