Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Round steak
2 pounds Pork chops
5 Ribs celery, chopped
2 cans Chicken broth
Soy sauce
Bacon drippings or oil
1 large Onion, chopped
2 cans Bean sprouts
2 Cloves garlic, minced
Small amount of flour
Hot steamed rice
Crackers

Directions

Cube and brown stak and chops. Sprinkle with flour while browning.

Saute chopped celery, onions and garlic in small amount of bacon drippings or cooking oil. Add to meat and mix. Pour chicken broth over and simmer 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Just before serving, mix in bean sprouts and soy sauce to taste. Serve over hot cooked rice and crackers.
