Coffee ice cream smoothie

½ | cup | Espresso coffee; chilled |
1 | tablespoon | Drambuie; optional |
2 | Scoops nonfat vanilla ice cream | |
½ | cup | Skim milk; to taste |
Sugar; to taste |
Directions
Place the coffee in a blender with the Drambuie. Add the ice cream and half the milk, then blend. Add sugar and more milk, to taste.
