Coffee can ice cream

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Milk
1 cup Cream
½ cup Sugar
1 Egg
Desired Flavoring

Directions

You will also need a 1 lb. coffee can and a 3 lb. coffee can - both with good lids.

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 1 lb. coffee can and put on the lid.

Place the 1

lb. can inside the 3 lb. coffee can. Put ice and rock salt around the 1 lb. can. Put

the lid on the 3 lb. can. Roll on the floor for 15 to 20 minutes, or until ice cream has set. Add more ice and salt, as needed.
