Comino chicken

Ingredients

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
½ teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Oil
1 large Onion; Coarsely Chopped
1 Clove Garlic; Minced
½ cup Pace Picante Sauce
8 ounces Stewed Tomatoes
Chopped Cilantro

Directions

Pound chicken to ½" thickness; sprinkle with 1½ tsp of the cumin and salt. Heat oil in 10" non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Cook chicken in oil 4 to 5 minutes per side; remove and reserve. Cook onion and garlic in drippings until tender; about 4 minutes. Add pace, tomatoes, and remaining ½ tsp cumin; simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Return chicken to skillet. Spoon sauce over chicken; heat through. Sprinkle with cilantro.
