Connola's teriyaki marinade

4 | Scallions; chop | |
6 | teaspoons | Brown sugar |
8 | ounces | Soy sauce |
4 | ounces | Sake or dry sherry |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
Directions
Marinade steak for 2 hours; marinade fish 1 hour. Barbeque or broil. Great for whole meats or fish, or for shish-ke-bobs, especially with shark or mahi mahi. From: Connie Rizzo
