Connola's teriyaki marinade

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 1\" pc Ginger Root; grate
2 cloves Garlic; crush
4 Scallions; chop
6 teaspoons Brown sugar
8 ounces Soy sauce
4 ounces Sake or dry sherry
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Marinade steak for 2 hours; marinade fish 1 hour. Barbeque or broil. Great for whole meats or fish, or for shish-ke-bobs, especially with shark or mahi mahi. From: Connie Rizzo
