Ingredients

1 | teaspoon | Unflavored gelatin |
¼ | cup | Cold water |
2 | packs | (8-oz) cream cheese; softened |
2 | tablespoons | Sherry |
1 | Jar (2-oz) chopped pimento; drained | |
1 | can | Crab meat; drained |
1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
⅛ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
2 | tablespoons | Parsley |
Directions
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Stir over hot water until dissolved. In mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add melted gelatin, sherry, salt, pimento & remaining ingredients. Pour into a 3-cup mold that has been greased or sprayed. Chill until set & serve with crackers.
