Crab ragoon

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 packs Cream cheese; softened
1 pack Imitation crab meat
Green onions; chopped very fine
Ginger (opt)
Pepper (opt)
Won ton wraps
Oil for frying

Directions

Flake crab meat, add chopped onions (and ginger and pepper if used). Fold this mixture into the cream cheese. Put a spoonful of cream cheese mixture on each won ton and seal with water. You can make the cute little ones like Chinese restaurants do or you can use a simple triangle fold. Chill until the cream cheese mixture is firm. (This step is not necessary if you are in a hurry but it makes for less grease absorbtion and less loss of the inside mixture if you should have a leak.) Fry in hot oil until the won tons are brown.
