FOR 1 LB LOAF (1 1/2 LB LOAF):
teaspoon Dry Yeast, (2 1/4 Tsp)
2 cups Bread Flour, (3 C)
¼ cup Rolled Oats, (1/3 C)
2 tablespoons Nonfat Dry Milk, (3 T)
¼ cup Wheat Bran, (1/3 C)
1 tablespoon Grated Orange Peel, (1 1/2 T)
½ teaspoon Salt, (3/4 Tsp)
½ cup Fresh Cranberries, (3/4 C)
¾ cup Water, (1 C)

Directions

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.

According to book per serving: Cal 74; Fat 0.4g; CFF 5% This is very good.
