Creamy artichoke dressing^

Ingredients

½ cup Lowfat cottage cheese
½ cup Lowfat buttermilk or skim
Milk
½ can (14oz)water packed
Artichokes, rinsed and
Chopped
1 tablespoon Apple juice concentrate
1 tablespoon Chopped green chilies
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh dill
½ Onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Basil

Directions

Blend cottage cheese and buttermilk until smooth in blender. Add artichokes and apple juice concentrate, blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend just long enough to combine. Store in refrigerator.
