3 Water packed artichokes,
Rinsed and chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 Green onions, white part
Only
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Low sodium soy sauce
½ cup Lowfat buttermilk
¼ teaspoon Dillweed

Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. store in refrigerator.
