Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| ½ | cup | Drink crystals; any flavour |
| 2 | cups | Water |
| 1½ | cup | Plain yogurt |
Directions
Mix drink crystals, water and yogurt. Freeze in ice cube trays.
Several different flavours can be made ahead of time and stored separately in plastic bags in freezer.
Serve in your favorite juice.
