5 tablespoons Soy flour
2 tablespoons Safflower oil
2 teaspoons Sage
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
½ teaspoon Red pepper; crushed

Directions

GRIND IN BLENDER OR PROCESS

COMBINE IN A BOWL WITH

Shape into 2" patties. Pan fry on both sides until browned or even bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
