cup Cake flour
¼ cup Granulated sugar replacement
2 teaspoons Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Cocoa
cup Vegetable shortening; softened
1 cup Water
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
3 Eggs

Directions

Sift flour, sugar replacement, baking soda, salt and cocoa together into large mixing bowl. Add shortening, ½ c. of the water and vanilla extract; beat until just moistened. Add remaining water and eggs. Beat until slightly thickened. Pour into well-greased and floured 13" x 9" baking pan.
