10 | Cactus fruits; ripe & peeled | |
1 | gallon | Milk |
Directions
The seeds of the fruit can be left in or removed.
Mix the mashed fruit and the milk together in an ice-cream maker, electric or hand-cranked. Don't add sugar or honey, since the cactus fruit is sweet enough.
Freeze the mixture according to the directions on your ice cream maker.
