Donna german's turkey stuffing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Celery, chopped
¼ cup Onion, chopped
3 tablespoons Butter or margarine
cup Cubed or crumbed bread; use Turkey Stuffing Bread (recipe)
¾ cup Chicken or turkey broth
¼ cup Walnuts (optional)
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Directions

Saute celery and onion in the butter/margarine until soft; toss wiht bread in a bowl. Add warmed broth and season and mix until well belnded. Stuff bird or bake in a covered casserole at 350 F. for 20 minutes.
