Dried tomato pita pizzas

8 ounces Oil-pk sun-dried tomatoes
10 Milliliters
teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
4 Pita breads -- 5-7\"
cup Fontina cheese; shred --
6 Oz
1 can Artichoke hearts; drain --
Slice, 7oz
cup Sliced ripe olives
2 teaspoons Dried basil -- savory
Or 3 ts
Garlic -- pressed

Directions

Preheat baking sheet in 450~ oven. Drain oil from marinated tomatoes into small bowl; set aside tomatoes. Mix garlic and hot pepper sauce with oil. Brush onto both sides of breads. Cover breads with half of the cheese. Arrange tomatoes, artichokes, olives and herbs over cheese, dividing equally. Top with remaining cheese; place on baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes just until breads are crisp.
