Easy chicken fried rice

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 eaches Strips bacon, diced
½ each Red bell pepper, diced
1 each Egg, beaten
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
¼ cup Scallion, finely chopped
cup Peas, frozen or fresh
2 cups COLD, cooked rice
2 cups Chicken, cooked and shredded
1 each Cook the bacon in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until
Crisp.
2 eaches Add the scallions, red pepper and peas to the wok. Stir-fry for 1
Minute.
3 eaches Add the egg and scarmble.
4 eaches Stir in the rice and chicken until heated through, separating the rice.
5 eaches Add the soy sauce and stir until heated through.
6 eaches Serve immediately.
